About Me

My photo
Andrew Watkins
London, United Kingdom
I work at Birkbeck College, Computer Science and started off using PDP-11 and a couple of Dec Ultras, but that is a long time ago. My expertise is with Solaris, but worst luck I have turn my hand to every O/S under the sun! I first dipped my tones into Sun when we purchased a hand full of SLC, IPX and a Sun 470 Server running SunOS (I can't even tell what version it was!). Life is now a battle to stop the Microsoft giant taking over our lives.........
